General Trading
When buying goods and services on the internet, a customer is entering into a legally binding contract.
We reserve the right to elect not to accept an order and to refund any monies paid without reason or notice. This is likely in the event of:
- A suspicion of intent to contravene licensing laws, especially concerning age restrictions.
- Any inflammatory or obscene customer specified subject to be included in the product dispatched.
Reproduction of information and photographs
In submitting any images or text to us, you confirm that they are your property and that our reproduction of such images or text is undertaken by us on your behalf and at your own risk.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices for our products are stated on this website and are inclusive of delivery on our standard next day service.
Our prices are inclusive of any VAT.
We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
Products
Whilst every effort is made to keep our website as up to date as possible, some products may vary from those displayed on the website. We reserve the right to make product changes without notice at any time. All labels will contain legally required information regardless of design options.
Availability
In the event of us having insufficient stock to satisfy your order at the time of entry, we will suggest the likely possible delivery date of your order. You will then be able to place an alternative order for another product, or accept this likely delivery date and continue with your original order.
Delivery
Our standard delivery is next working day anywhere in mainland UK for orders taken before 15:00 UK local time. Our courier, Parcelforce, achieve over 95% of deliveries within this timeframe. In the event you elect to pay for an improved delivery service and Parcelforce do not deliver this service, we are not liable for any damages arising from a late delivery.
We will not be liable for delays of our contracted courier and would recommend you allow an extra couple of days to be sure of time sensitive deliveries.
In case the gift recipient is not in when our courier calls, you can elect to have the parcel left with a neighbour, (a neighbours signature is required), or taken to a local Post Office for collection or re-delivery. We will not be liable for delivery discrepancies arising from these options. In all cases, the delivery driver will leave a card at the intended recipient's address detailing the location of the parcel and where it can be collected.
In the case of cancelled orders, the outbound delivery cost will be charged at £6.00 + VAT at 17.5%.
Damages and complaints
Any complaint you have with our products our services should be addressed to our customer services team by email. All of our products should reach their intended recipients in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of breakage, this must be recorded on the drivers? delivery paperwork. In the event of a defective product, we will require the product to be sent back to us which we will arrange. In either case, we must be notified within seven days of delivery via email at .
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled for up to seven days after the day following receipt of the goods. To cancel an order, we must be informed in writing or by email within seven days of the day following your receipt of the goods. We will then issue you with a PRC (Product return code) which must be marked on the package when returning it to us. We will be unable to issue any refunds for the product unless it is returned to us in saleable condition and has an authentic PRC. We are unable to refund any carriage costs either for the original despatch or for the cost of return in cases of order cancellation.
Age restriction
It is illegal to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 years. It is also illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. In placing an order, you are confirming that you and the intended recipient are both of legal age.

We will not despatch any goods until the normal checks and authorisations have been completed.

All personal data collected on this website is only used for advertising, marketing and public relations relating to S-Direct Ltd. We will only keep the information whilst we have a relationship with a customer or as long as is necessary for our advertising, marketing or public relations. If you do not wish to receive marketing information about our services, please inform us via the opt out box when entering your address details.
